WHAT IS GraVintage' RETURN POLICY?

We handle returns with the ultimate goal to make customers happy. If you're not satisfied with an item, we've got you covered. We give you 15 days to take your Clothopias purchases for a trial run, confidently knowing that you can return items for any reason within those 15 days for store credit.
If you want to apply a return, please first contact our customer service and informed of the reason for returning. 

How do I return an order?

You can start a return online. We will provide a refund via store credit once the item has been received. 

And remember, there are no return delivery costs. 

So go ahead, shop with confidence.

Can I exchange an item? 

The best way to exchange an item is to simply place a new order for the item you want and return the item you already have.

How do I return a defective or faulty product?

We stand behind all of our clothing and gear. If your item is potentially defective and its been less than 15 days since your GraVintage purchase, simply return the item. If its been more than 15 days, please contact with us [email protected] to make a return.
